02 September 2011 Kindly let me know that wheather previous approval of Central Goverment required or not for removal of existing auditor in EGM.

02 September 2011 the central gvt. approval is required only--Sub-section (7) of section 224 makes special provision for the removal of the auditors before the expiry of their term in General Meeting after obtaining the previous approval of the Central Government in that behalf otherwise not required.
