1. what is a process of auditor removal before expiry of his term..?
please reply with step wise process..? and which e-form file in MCA..? and what is mandatory attachments..?

There are 2 ways if your auditor is agreed for removal take a resignation letter from him. Auditor has to file ADT 3 within 30 days of resignation letter & you need to file ADT-1 for new auditor with SRN of ADT 3 in that form.
Another way is to file ADT 2 for that Special Resolution is required in EMG & then after approval you can appoint new auditor & file ADT1

Step by step procedure:
An application shall be made to Central govt for removal of auditor in form no ADT 2
an application shall be made within 30 days from resolution passed by the Board
The Company shall hold general meeting for passing special resolution within 60 days of receipt of approval from central government
intimate the auditor who was removed with a certified copy of resolution passed along with copy of order of central government
file form mgt 14 within 30 days of passing special resolution
