Removal of auditor before expiry of term

pls clarify me what are the form to be filed with MCA , where an auditor is removed before expiry of his term (5years)and appointment of another auditor of PRIVATE ltd company. specific clarification about whether MGT-14 & adt-3 need to be filed ????

01 September 2015 Yes..you need to pass Special Resolution. Hence, you will be required to file Form MGT-14. Please refer Section 140(1) of Companies Act 2013.
You are not required to file Form ADT-3 because this form is for resignation. Removal is different than resignation.
