removal of first auditor before expiry of the of office. Whether special notice ir reqd.to be sent or nt?

to remove auditor before expiry of term requires special notice it is immaterial whether he is first one or next one!
As if you remove auditor before expiry there is casual vacancy of auditor you have to appoint another auditor in place of old one.. all this have to be done by way of special notice send to the stakeholder

1.Company in a General Meeting.
2.Obtain nomination of new
Auditor by any member of
the Company.
3. Send a special Notice of
atleast 14 days to all
members and the existing
Auditor, intimating the
proposed change.
4. If the members nomination
for a new Auditor is
accepted, a resolution to
this effect should be
passed.
5.Previous approval of Central
Government is Not Required.
The Company can remove the Auditors before the expiry of their term after following the aforesaid procedure.
