Removal against advance licence

02 February 2017 We are a 100% EOU and we have received an Order from a customer who holds advance licence and they want to procure goods duty free against Such Advance Licence. Please advise if we remove goods duty free against advance licence do we need to prepare ARE 1 oar ARE 3, please also advise how the re-warehousing will be done by at the concern showing supplies are received

06 February 2017 EOU may effect supplies to holders of Advance Authorization against ARE-1. Such supplies will be counted for fulfilment of positive net foreign exchange (NFE). For reference para 6.09 of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20.
