registration application cancel vide order in reg 05 as per rule 9(4) on the ground that the query remained unresolved (no submission in response to scn in form reg 3)
now what remedy available
1. file appeal or
2. again go for registration as a fresh

its better to file application again with proper documents to get registration certificate faster
