Remedies against no respons from stock exchange side

10 May 2010 hello experts,

My company was applied for delisting from Kolkata Stock Exchange. We write many times to stock exchange for issuing delisting certificate. but i have not found any response from their side. moreover they have send fees invoice for 2010-11.

What i do????
is there any remedy available for me???
Where i write???

10 May 2010 I assume that you send notice to right person at right place and by roght way i.e. regitered post. If you have that record you are not lieble to pay fees as you are not in fault.
