07 January 2025 Obtain a certified copy of the tribunal's order remanding the case back to the CIT.
Carefully read and comply with the specific directions, if any, given by the tribunal in its order.
Appear personally before the CIT on the date fixed for hearing, along with all relevant documents and evidence. If required, submit additional evidence or documents as directed by the tribunal or requested by the CIT.
