If a tribunal remands an order back to the CIT, the assessee should first obtain a certified copy of the tribunal's order. While online appeals are the norm, if personal appearance is necessary or directed, wait for online intimation from the CIT. Be prepared to submit any additional evidence or documents as required by the tribunal or the CIT to expedite the process.
