Can we claim relief u/s. 89 when arrear pension received. Also please give the details of other reliefs

Yes you can claim relief u/s 89 for arrear pension recived. Others receipt for which section 89 can be claimed is Arrear salary or salary received in advance or profit in lieu of salary.
