hello, i want tax relief to my client, my client is bank employee and received Rs.85518 toward arrears as decided by newly pay commission and he asks for tax relief. he has received this amount toward arrears of salary from dec.2008 to april 2010. pls give me the tax implication to this matter and benefit that he can get.
