one govt.employee ladies filed policy receipt.for save income.tax .which policy is by name of lady husband. who is unemployed.can she get relief from income tax?

Husband or Wife can claim each other policy for income tax purpose but only one can take claim as deduction. in Short Yes that ladies will get relief.
