06 August 2010 1)is there any problem if relief u/s 89 claimed in revised return & in that case also employer has not consider relief u/s 89
2)how much time reqd for refund?
3)is there any problem if refund exceeds 25000/-

time reqd for refund wil depend. very subjective. it usually takes 1 year to 2 years
