2.Gross receipts in profession exceeding 25Lakhs
3. If assessee declared his profit lower than deemed profit u/s 44AE

5. If assessee declared his profit lower than deemed profit u/s 44BBB
6. If assessee declared his profit lower than deemed profit u/s 44AD
