i am going to appear in nov, 2010. can questions be asked from the proposed amendments brought about in the february, 2010 budget? when will it become Finance Act, 2010. so wud i have to go through the finance bill, 2010 for my exam in november, 2010.

Hai Sona Generally Finance Bill becomes Finance Act in the month of June or July
