One of my client planning to start a private limited company. It is a group of 10 people. so now l am facing problem as there are 10 promoters but in Form 1A there is space for 7 promoters only so what should i do now.

Practically speaking you will require only one DSC for until registration of the company. Let the twoperson apply for the name and get it, then when you file Form 1 let the other five join and after incorporation you can increase the the member sof th company to ten.
