10 September 2008 One of my client planning to start a private limited company. It is a group of 10 people. so now l am facing problem as there are 10 promoters but in Form 1A there is space for 7 promoters only so what should i do now.

10 September 2008 Practically speaking you will require only one DSC for until registration of the company. Let the twoperson apply for the name and get it, then when you file Form 1 let the other five join and after incorporation you can increase the the member sof th company to ten.
