24 August 2008 Form F is a statutory form to be issued to the transferor where the goods are transferred from one branch to another or on consignment transfer from one state to another. By issuing form F, there will be no incidence of Central Sales Tax. This has to be disclosed in the bill to overcome checkpost problem.
