I will appear for my PCC exam. in May,2009 & along with it I am also going to appear for my TY Bcom. exam. So tell me how should I adjust.

Postpone either one of the exam. That is the only option u have. Better postpone ca exam because TY bcom exam will be held once a year and ca exam will be half yearly and u will get good amount of time to prepare.
