Suppose there is Registered Trust in the name as " XYZ" Trust and now in 2010 they LOST their TRUST DEED. is there is any procedure for the preparation of the new deed? if yes then what ? or is trustee required FIR from police station for the same ?

They can collect the copy of Deed from the court from where it is registered.
