28 May 2015 can the director pay less professional fee to the service provider on the grounds that he did not come to his company for a week?TDS uder sec. 194 J is also applicable accordingly?

28 May 2015 The payment of services rendered shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in the contract.
In the absence of any specific provision in the contract as to number of days to be present on the premises of the company, the payment should be made on % completion of service basis.
