26 December 2013 i have a astrology income which itr form i filled pls tell me

yes this is my professional but ihave not any other books of account related to this income.....

then which itr form i filled pls tell me...

26 December 2013 if this is your profession inome then you have to file ITR4S/ITR4

or otherwise ITR-2

26 December 2013 if you have astrology income ITR4 can be filed as your income is chargeable under profit and gains of business and profession

26 December 2013 If you are doing it as a profession then ITR4 is to be filled..
Or else ITR2 as income from other source..

26 December 2013 If astrology is your profession kindly file form ITR 4 by deducting all the expenses so your incoem from profession also get reduced. In case your side income is seeing horoscope kindly file ITR 2

02 January 2014 That is ok. you know how much expenses you spend for your profession. Kindly prepare income and expenses account deduct all the expenses from your income and file the returns. Kindly open and see the ITR 4 from from income tax website you can know how to fill the form.
