Dear Sir,
i want to file income tax return of carpenter. my que is for which ITR should i use for filing so that he can avail loan in future? which kind of nature should i consider for him?
he wants to file iTax Return from F.Y.2009-10 onwards so IS there any possibility for filing F.Y.2009-10 onwards?
please help me.

The ITR form applicable in this case will be ITR 4. For filing return of FY 2009-10 the last date was 31/3/2012. So you can file return till 31/3/2012.
