Dear Experts
After e-filling of return for the Assessment Year 2010-2011, when I sent ITR-V (signed copy) on 22nd October 2011 as verification and the same was received at CPC on 3-11-2011 and CPC rejected my ITR for the Assessment year 2010-2011. Kindly let me know, what should I do.
Whether I have to submit ITR for the Assessment year 2010-2011 again or there is any other remedy.

you will have to file your return again as a belated return and sign and send (meaning it should reach the Banglore office) the ITR V before 120 days of filing the return
