16 August 2013 dear sir,
if any comapny paid on our behalf any sum to gta and after that we paid that amount to that company. so please tell me wheather tds or reverse service charge applicable on us.

16 August 2013 1)Yes,reverse charge on GTA us applicable on person liable to pay GTA

Facts of your case says that you are responsible to pay to GTA and on your behalf other party paid.

So you are considered as service receiver and you need to discharge Reverse charge liability

2)TDS will not applicable on re-imbursement of expences if it is paid and a consignemnet note & bill of GTA provided to you
