Reimbursement of expenses

11 July 2008 My question is as follows :-

We have appointed one Advocate for a court case, we are paying him fee and expeses for travelling and postage etc . He is giving us expenses bills and we are reimbursemening him . I want to know that reimbursement of expenses under which head should be booked.

12 July 2008 Expenses reimbursed should not be booked under the head of legal expenses but these are to be booked under the respective head of expense.
