whether RCM on reimbursement of expenses applicable also, if electricity charges reimbursement of RS. 15000/- to an individual by company .

I know that....The question was hinting towards amount......Rs15000 per month which is definitely on higher side.....
Anyway....reimbusement per se does not attract RCM.
