Dear sir/experts,
1.Can you please give me information how to Regularize an additional director to a Director in an AGM for a Private limited company.
2.can you sent me the applicable section and resolution copy in the AGM.
3.I deposit of Rs.1,00,000 by the members under section 160 is applicable to a private limited company.

As per section 152, pass the ordinary resolution in AGM for regularization of Additional Director to Director
Under the Notice of AGM , Mention under the head of Special Business.
File DIR 12 within 30 days of regularisation of Director along with the copy of resolution for regularisation of Director.
And section 160 - is not applicable to Private Limited Company for the payment of Rs. 100000 rupees for the appointment of non retiring Director via exemption dated 5th June 2015
Under the Notice of AGM , Mention under the head of Special Business.

Sir is my understanding correct that is Section 160 is applicable but AS PER MCA CIRCULAR DATED 05 JUNE, deposit of Rs.100,000 is exempt for private company.

yes, Section 160 is applicable for all the other Companies but Private Companies are exempted from the above provisions.
