06 October 2015 I want to regularize an Additional Director. Please explain the process along with concerned E-Forms & their attachments.

06 October 2015 You need to pass Ordinary Resolution in the General Meeting for appointing him as Director. You are required to file Form DIR-12 for change in designation from 'Additional Director' to 'Director' within 30 days from the date of GM.
