Dear all,
One Director has been appointed in Company A in August 2014 and filed DIR-12 and completed other formalities.
his appointment also had been regularized in AGM at Sept 2014
now, is it necessary again to file DIR-12
kindly give your opinion

Yes.
You have to file DIR-12 for change in designation from Additional Director to Director.
