Regrading Attempt for CA Final May-10

09 December 2009 Respected Sir,

I have cleared PE-II and doing articleship, complete 23 months as on 01-feb-2010.
My question:
1. Can I eligible to give exam as on May-10?
2. Is there any more eligibility required to appear in exam as some one told me that institute issued eligibility certificate. as i have no such certificate.
3. As May-10 is my first attempt for final exam. Can i give under old course as two more attempts of old course are provided by institute or I have to give exam under new course.

09 December 2009 1. yes you can give your attempt in may 2010 as 2 year should be required to complete on 30.04.2010.

2. regarding your eligibility certificate there no such certificate as the CC paper requirement are deleted.

3. you just confirm with institutw i think taht there is only new course after may 2010 attempt.
