20 April 2013 Hi Everyone,

one of our client wants the same registered office address for 2 companies...one company is already registered and one company is under incorporation process..the eform 18 has been asked for resubmission with the given below

The address entered in the form is exactly same as the registered address of other company registered in the system with name.

when i asked one professional he said pass one resolution by saying the total square feet of the company is this much ( 2000 square feet) out of this new company is given this much ( 800 square feet).

kindly help me out in this.

20 April 2013 You can attch the rent agreement of previous and new one or take a certificate from previous one stating the some space is given on rent to new company on terms and conditions decided to be later on.

20 April 2013 Agree with expert.

Option-1:

Prepare a lease deed for some area of the same premises for second company.

Option-2:

Take NOC from the owner in favour of second company and attach the same with form-18.

20 April 2013 The old company is also rented premises.Now whether i need to take NOC from owner or old company.

If i need to take NOC from old company and whether i need to pass board resolution under company saying out of total square feet some part can use by new company.

20 April 2013 You can execute supllement Rent Agreement with previous one or take simple certificate from previous that the Company had given some space on Rent to new company.....
no need for board resolution....
