23 November 2012 a group of person want to register themsalevs under particular Act their activities related to purchase & sales land & they want if in future any society, trust, or other body of persons want to be a member to above mentioned requisite group than they can be a member and transfer their land to above mentioned requisite group of member.....

so please suggest me in which Act such group of person registered and get maximum benifite
under Tax law & other law or Act
