What is the procedure for registration under Indian Partnership Act
13 January 2009
For registration under indian partnership act you have to submit the following documents:-
1) Form No.1 duly stamped and signed by all the partners. Signatures of the partners have to be witnessed by Advocate, CA or Notary Public.
2) Copy of partnership deed.
3) Residence proof of all the partners.
4) Proof of Place of Business of the applicant firm.
