Registration u/s 12a and 80g

14 December 2017 Dear Sir
I Operate a GOSALA from past 5 year, and now i want to get registration under section 12A and 80G of income tax act. I want to know that can i file application himself or need a chartered accountant.
My point is that Chartered Accountants need is mandatory or optional.

15 December 2017 Ofcourse Optional. You can go ahead and file the application in form 10 A. But being a CA, I would advise unless you are sure of all the provisions and procedures, please get the work done by some expert.
