My Client H.O Located in Mumbai.it is Mfg Pvt Ltd and H.O Obtained Exercise Registration.Branch office Launched in Bangalore recently, Bangalore branch is doing trading.Items HS code 8357,this items 100% comes under Excise.now we need registration in Bangalore? or We need Add Branch office in
Mumbai.Please give me your valuable support.

20 December 2011 each depot/godown/resale point has to get registered with excise to avail the facility of pass on excise duty to buyer.

sales from unregistered premises will result lapse of excise duty pass on.
