17 January 2011 A Pvt. Ltd company for the benefit to its employee of Gratuity and Superannuation has created a Trust deed. Approval of same will be applied to Commissioner to Income Tax. Whether the deed is required to registered with Charity Commissioner or with any other authority before or after applied with CIT
