27 December 2013 Dear Experts,

I need to form a trust.I need to know following:-

1.Fee to be charged under Indian Trust Act and the time period
2.Fee charged and time limit for getting 80G Registration and Section 11 Registration.

Kindly revert asap.

29 December 2013 For formation of Trust you require minimum Rs.20,000/- including drafting and registration.

80G & 12A registration is only after the Trust is registered. Generally 12A application can be filed immediately after formation of trust but 80G is not permitted immediately as for 80G the department need to see the performance. Generally 80G is allowed after 2/3 years on submission of Audited Balance Sheet and other relevant details
