19 January 2012 I had a problem while applying for Trade Mark

I am a new user, system is noting that if new user is there he has to register as Proprietor onsite for getting login ID (as a new user) by giving details via email on the add give

i have tried it but i have not received any response from the authority i want to get it urgently plz help
