Is a proprietor in Full time employment any where.

Dear Pankaj,
Pl note that a proprietorship concern is run by a single person and does not require any registration. The income is also shown as the income from business & profession under the owner's PAN for Income Tax purpose.
Ofcourse, you may have to take regn. of VAT, trade licence etc. depending on the business & other criterion like turnover etc.
