Where we will have to register our partnership firm?
Can we use the name of any reputated company like Reliance or any reputated firm's name?

Sir, You have to register you Partnership Firm with Registrar of Firms and societies. You shall also have to apply for PAN card with notarized Deed and some other documents, it will be equal to registration with I T Authorities. You will not be able to use any EXISTING Firm's name as the same will not be allowed by ROF&S.
