When we register a partnership firm we need a address proof .If the premises was on rent then rent aggrement stand as a address proof. My question is the rent aggrement is made on the name of partner is valid? or the rent agreement must be made on the name of partnership firm?

Rent agreement should be on the name of firm, then only it will be treated as address proof of firm.
