If I have office In Rajasthan of chartered accountant and I want to provide audit service to Delhi based company. My total receipt is 6 lacs. Am I liable for gst registration.

There is no need to apply for GST registration utill your turnover reaches Rs 20 lakhs. So if your total annual receipts is Rs 6 Lkahs, no registration is required.
The clause for mandatory registration for interstate supply is not applicable to services anymore.
