23 January 2015 sir I had made application for registration but I got 1)Activities which are under the control of UGC cannot be given subject to necessary clearance in this regard.2)"Sanstha"word can not be allowed w.r.t.Rule no.8 (7) of the Companies (Incorporation)Rules , 2014.and Sanstha can not be registed as a company. please tall me what I do

23 January 2015 While filing INC-1, one must be careful enough regarding names because resubmission can be done only for once.In your case, " sanstha" word may not be approved due to the Rules framed under Companies Act.So give another 4 different alternative names in order of preference.Before that check in the MCA site under the tab " Check Company/LLP name ".
Regarding Proposed Objects, as you said the objects may be reserved for Universities.So define and determine the objects once again and check the relevant Government restrictions to carry out such activities.
