17 May 2010 A Company had filed Form 8 within the due date of registration but it had not attached a document relating to charge which it had created. the company had not made a reply to the document which the mca had asked for what will be the fate of previous registration since the time for revised form 8 date had lapsed?

17 May 2010 The earlier form would be considered as invalid. The charge is not registered and hence if registration is to be made, then approval from RD would be required.
