19 August 2011 If any individual wants to start supplying of water tanks business on his wife name (as proprietor),what are the legal formalities require to be completed before starting the business?

20 August 2011 Simply take PAN for your wife. start business, complete accounts and file return of income tax for your wife. if turnover below 60 lac file return of income tax with section 44 ad. (ONLY FOR INCOME TAX PURPOSE) other requirement under any other law will be followed.
