You have to register before 30th October if you want give the final exams in Nov 2018.
NB- as per the current system, the student should be serving the last six months of articles as on the first day on which the exams are being held after considering the excess leave taken. I.e, your attempt would be May 2018 here if u join before 31st Oct 2015. But as per the revised (upcoming) curriculum, you can give FINAL exams only after finishing your articles. So, it would be Nov 2018 for you.
