i want to start a propritorship firm of internet marketing and IT services,
Please tell me the procedure to register a company and also tell me all the requirements to start a firm.

Just take a trade licence, VAT registration if required, open a bank account and start the business.

Trade licence is normally issued by the municipality or corporation of the city. Contact them or visit their website.
