1. Company Registration (Private Limited Company)
If you want to register a private limited company in India, follow these steps:

Obtain Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for proposed directors.
Apply for Director Identification Number (DIN).
Name Approval: Apply for company name approval via the MCA portal.
Prepare Documents:
Memorandum of Association (MoA)
Articles of Association (AoA)
Proof of registered office address
Identity and address proofs of directors and shareholders
File incorporation forms on MCA portal (SPICe form - Simplified Proforma for Incorporating Company Electronically).
Pay the fees and stamp duty as applicable.
Once approved, you'll receive the Certificate of Incorporation.
