1. Company Registration (Private Limited Company) If you want to register a private limited company in India, follow these steps:
Obtain Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for proposed directors. Apply for Director Identification Number (DIN). Name Approval: Apply for company name approval via the MCA portal.
