registration for final course

i have cleared my PE2 ,
i wanted to know how to register for final course,
i have seen the form(online)there it has two options for registration
old and new ,
i dont understand which one to opt,
it is also given with articles and without articles or audit services,
can anyone clarify it further

31 July 2008 After clearing PE2, you have to apply for Articleship with Final Course (New) registration. And before filing the form in online you have to choose any audit firm for doing articleship. Better you can go for offline registration.

thanks for your reply ,
but i am sorry i didnt tell you that i have already finished my articles as mine is old registration ,
i will be thankful to you if you could tell me whether i should opt for old or new registration
