sir,
my ca final exam will be due in nov 13 so is there any last date for registration or else any time even 1 month before when the exam is scheduled to fall due?

At any time but before to apply for exams(i.e submission of exam form) you can register for your CA Final. Thus for November 2013 attempt exam form has to be submit on or before 5th September 2013(with late fee) so you can register for your CA final on or before 5th September 2013 by 5.00pm so minimum required period of registration of CA final before exams is 2 months between 2 to 1 to 0 months not possible because of exam application forms will be close before 2 months to the exams month.
