Registration for articleship by taking transfer

30 April 2016 dear sir,
i have started my articleship with "A" ca firm. After 4 months i took transfer to "B" ca firm. now .when i have completed 16 months of my term, can i take transfer from"B" ca frim on the grounds given by ICAI and join back "A" ca firm?

03 May 2016 Transfer with mutual consent is possible in the first year of articles only.
But it is possible where there is medical unsoundness (but you may have to waste 6 months to rejoin another firm, need to terminate the articles too) and if your parents are moving from your current city to another city.
Hope you got the point.

04 May 2016 Nothing prevents from you joining the same old firm.
So you may do it.

05 May 2016 Well, it depends on the work load they are having.
For my articleship completion, it took around 1.5 months for me to receive the letter of completion of articles. (SIRC).
I donot have a tailor made answer for this. Really sorry. !
